Sauteed Spinach

To serve 2 people.

INGREDIENTS

Spinach - 2 large handfuls

Lemon - 1 Lemon

Garlic - 1-2 Tsp (diced)

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add a frying pan to a low heat, and add a dash of Olive Oil.

2. Finely dice some Garlic, and add 2 Tsp to the Oil.

3. Gently sweat off the Garlic, without any colour, for 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the spinach, keep the heat low, and gently wilt it down.

5. Once the Spinach has just wilted, season with Salt and Pepper.

6. Finish with a little squeeze of Lemon juice, and serve.
