Creamy Porridge

To serve 2 people.

INGREDIENTS

Porridge Oats - 1 cup

Water - 3 cups

Milk - 60ml

Cream - 3 Tbsp

Honey - 1 Tbsp

Brown Sugar - 1 Tsp

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add 1 cup of Porridge Oats, and 3 cups of Water to a saucepan.

2. Add a pinch of Salt, and get the Porridge to a simmer.

3. Stir continually as you simmer the Oats for around 10-12 minutes, until they are really creamy.

4. Finish with a splash of Milk, stir it through on the heat for 1 minute.

5. Once finished, turn off the heat, add a Tbsp of Honey, and 3 Tbsp of Cream.

6. Stir through the Honey and Cream.

7. Spoon the Porridge out into a bowl, top with a little sprinkle of brown Sugar, and serve.
