Bone Marrow Toast

To serve 3-5 people.

INGREDIENTS

Marrow Bones - 1-3 Bones (4 inch long)

Bread - 1 loaf

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by pre heating an oven to 180 degrees.

2. Lay the Bones into a roasting tray.

3. Place the tray into the oven, and roast for around 20 minutes, until you see the Marrow inside has gone soft and there will be a light bubbling.

5. At this point, toast off your Bread.

6. Remove the tray, and using a knife, scrape out the Marrow into a bowl.

7. Mash up the Marrow a touch.

6. Spread the Marrow onto the Toast, add a tiny sprinkle of Sea Salt, and serve.
