Hot Honey Glazed Bacon

For 2-3 Rashers of Bacon.

INGREDIENTS

Smoked Streaky Bacon - 2-3 rashers

Honey - 1 Tbsp

Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by frying off your Bacon until it is crispy (or however you like your Bacon)

2. Remove the fat from the pan, but leave in the Bacon.

3. Reduce the heat to low, and add a good pinch of Chilli flakes.

4. Fry the Chilli flakes for a few moments, then drizzle the Bacon in some Honey.

5. Gently, reduce the honey for a few minutes, and make sure the Bacon is fully coated in the Chilli flakes and glaze.

6. Remove the Bacon from the pan, eat hot, or leave it to cool down.
