Jalapeno Cheese Crisps

To make 5-7 Crisps.

INGREDIENTS

Extra mature Cheddar Cheese - 200g

Parmesan - 60g

Pickled Jalapeno - As many as required

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by pre heating the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Lay some grease proof paper onto a baking tray.

3. Then, Grate the Cheddar Cheese out into a bowl.

4. Place a small pile of the Cheese onto the Paper.

5. Next, grate over a small amount of Parmesan, and season very lightly with Salt and Pepper.

6. Place a Jalapeno onto the pile of Cheese and repeat until you have as many as you require.

7. Place the baking tray in the oven, and cook until the Cheese has melted and has turned lightly golden brown*

*This will generally take around 10-15 minutes, but keep checking them

10. Remove the Cheese Crisps from the oven, and leave them to cool down for 10 minutes so they go really crispy.
