Butter Poached Egg

To serve as many as required.

INGREDIENTS

Butter - as much as required

Eggs - as many as required

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start by adding a large knob of Butter to a pan, turn the heat down low*

*use a small pan as you want enough butter to just submerge the egg

2. Once the Butter has melted and is very gently sizzling, crack in the Egg.

3. Very gently allow the Egg to cook, you can tilt the pan and baste around the White to help it set.

4. Once the Egg white has fully set, Season with Salt and Pepper, and serve.
