Peanut Butter & Cheese Toastie

To make 1 grilled Cheese Sandwich.

INGREDIENTS

Bread -2 thick slices

Peanut Butter - 2-3 Tbsp

Extra mature Cheddar Cheese - around 80g

Parmesan - about 30g

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. First, slice your Bread*

*use a nice soft, fluffy, white farmhouse loaf

2. Add between 2-4 Tbsp of the Peanut Butter to one side of the Bread.

3. Grate over about 80g of Cheddar and around 30g of Parmesan.

4. Add a tiny pinch of Salt.

5. Place a frying pan on a low heat and add a knob of Butter.

6. Once the Butter is melted add the Sandwich to the pan.

7. Gently fry for a couple of minutes until one side starts to get get lightly toasted, then flip, and repeat.

8. Turn the heat up to medium once the cheese starts to melt and the Bread starts to get brown and toasted.

9. Keep flipping every 30 seconds until the Cheese is gooey and melted and the Bread is golden brown, crisp and toasted*

*This will take around 7 minutes

10. Remove the Sandwich, allow it to cool for 2 minutes, cut it in half, and serve.
