Tuna Melt

To make 1 Sandwich.

INGREDIENTS

Tuna - 150g tin

Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese - 120g

Bread - 1 loaf

Sriracha - 1 tbsp

Honey - 1 tbsp

Cheese slices - 3 slices per sandwich

Butter - as much as required

INSTRUCTIONS

1. To start, empty the tin of Tuna into a bowl.

2. Season with Salt and Pepper.

3. Add a Tbsp of Sriracha, and a Tbsp of Honey.

4. Mix through the Tuna.

5. Then, grate in the extra mature cheddar Cheese*

*you want 1 part tuna to 1.5 parts cheese

6. Cut off a couple of slices of Bread, around half an inch thick.

7. Add 3-4 of slices of Burger Cheese covering the inside of the Bread.

8. Then, Fill the Sandwich with the Cheese and Tuna.

9. Add a good knob of Butter to a frying pan.

10. Once the Butter is melted and gently foaming, add the Sandwich.

11. Gently compress the Sandwich as it toasts.

12. Flip the Sandwich every minute, until the Cheese has melted and the Bread is golden brown and toasted.

13. Remove the Sandwich once done, and leave it on a wire rack for 5 minutes to slightly cool, then serve.
